What You'll Do
As an Human Resources Intern, you will support various HR functions and gain valuable experience in the field of Human Resources. You will be involved in the day-to-day operations of our HR department and gain hands-on experience in multiple HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, employee engagement and training and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, coordinating and conducting interviews.
- Employee Relations: Provide support in addressing employee inquiries and concerns and assist in maintaining a positive work environment.
- Compliance: Assist with ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. Help with the maintenance of employee records and documentation.
- Training and Development: Support the planning and execution of training programs and workshops.
- HR Administration: Perform administrative tasks such as updating HR databases, preparing reports, and organizing HR files.
- Employee Engagement: Assist with employee engagement and wellness programs.
What We'd Like You To Have
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn and grow within the field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
