What You'll Do
We are seeking a proactive and organized IT Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating IT projects and initiatives, facilitating communication and collaboration between technical teams and sales teams. You will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are executed smoothly and meet both technical requirements and sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams and sales teams.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure projects align with business goals and timelines.
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables; provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
- Identify and resolve issues and risks related to project execution; escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Manage project resources and allocate tasks to ensure project milestones are met.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in managing customer expectations and relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
What We'd Like You To Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience (internship or entry-level role) in IT or a similar field is highly regarded but not required.
- Understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
