What You'll Do
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Managers to join our sales team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for establishing a new client sales pipeline, generating new clients, and maintaining strong business relationships in alignment with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Identify and approach potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media, etc.).
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and objectives; propose solutions that meet their requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and optimize service delivery.
- Prepare regular reports and updates on sales activities, progress, and forecasts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
What We'd Like You To Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Experience (internship or entry-level role) in sales or a similar field is highly regarded but not required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
