What You'll Do
We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating and maintaining our customer database, which serves as a vital sales and marketing tool. You will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain a comprehensive customer database.
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
- Make outbound calls and emails to prospects to introduce our products/services.
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
- Ensure all customer information and interactions are accurately recorded in the database.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance strategies and improve sales performance.
What We'd Like You To Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Experience (internship or entry-level role) in sales or a similar field is highly regarded but not required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
