What You'll Do
We are seeking energetic and results-driven Telemarketing Specialists to join our team at Valueline. In this role, you’ll focus on uncovering new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and clients, and collaborating with internal teams to exceed our sales targets. Your contributions will be key to our continued success and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products and/or services using different approaches.
- Gathers, maintains, updates customer information into the database and updates information on returning/renewal customers as well as new/potential clients and for use as a sales and marketing tool.
- Generate leads from cold calls, webinars, and other events.
- Answering questions/clarifications about products or the company.
- Ask scoping questions to understand customer requirements and help Sales close sales
- Take relevant notes on all calls for future use and enter into database or monitoring.
- Assist in marketing campaigns through e-mail blasts and other methodologies.
- Joined marketing activities include inviting participants to webinars, face-to-face events, and other marketing initiatives.
- Follow-up accounts of the Sales Team in helping them monitor status and in closing the deals.
What We'd Like You To Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Experience (internship or entry-level role) in sales or a similar field is highly regarded but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
